Hi all, My Blackberry Messenger Icon and App World icons have totally disappeared from my phone. I am unable to recieve PING currently BUT my friends can send messages to me (which I cant see or even know that they're there) and it will say Delivered on there phone. What do I do, I have searched so many forums and nothing is relevant at all. Any help here would be grately appreciated. ....I have done reset to factory setting s several times and done the blackberry restart i.e battery out and off etc. Please please help
