Default Problems post OS 6

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 9700 which I've been using for around 9 months now. Recently got it upgraded to OS 6. Everything was fine, till I realized that BBM, FB and my email don't work on Wi-Fi mode which wasn't the case earlier. Surprisingly, twitter works and the internet and video streaming.

Tried changing application settings and researched everywhere else, but couldn't get an idea why...

Another thing I noticed is when I go into My World in App world it keeps showing different amounts of memory free each time I check..ranging from 5-7 MB to 60 MB which I find strange, because I'm not installing any new Apps.

Please help. Everything else about OS 6 is great, but if I don't have the basic features with Wi-Fi, it doesn't make sense to me.

I assume that you have a BB data plan, since everything worked previous tot he upgrade. Do a battery pull and resend the service books.

I don't have the issue that you're having with WiFi but I've also noticed this issue with OS 6 on my Bold 9700.
