Is anyone having problems receiving email on their BB today (Cingular)? The phone works, PIN works, and I am receiving email on my PC but they are not showing up on my BB.

It just now started working again. It was out for about 15 hours??

Outages do happen occasionally. You never know, maybe the server that handles your email needed maintenance?

Glad it's back up & running for you, though.

P.S. I'm on T-Mobile in the Washington D.C./Baltimore market, and I'm having no trouble. All of my emails (such as notifications of replies to topics on this very forum) are coming through just fine.

I'm fine today. In Charlotte on Cingular network(yahoo and gmail).

I called TMobile after having the same issue with my 8100 in the DC area and was told that there is a global Blackberry outage.

Outgoing emails OK.

Incoming emails are being "accepted" but not "delivered" to BB device.

I did manage to negotiate 150 bonus minutes that would be good for three (3) months that will rollover from TMo for the problem. Some others have gotten cash credits.

There's no global outage, I've been receiving bb mail, pins and email all day on TMO.

You could probably talk to the TMO rep sitting in the cubicle next to that one and he'd tell you there is no outage anywhere. Be happy you wrangled the minutes out of them for whatever reason.

I'm in the Phila area, and right now I'm stuck on Data Connection Refused. . . I've pulled the battery numerous times, and called Cingular. . . they can't confirm or deny an outage.

I am in Northern New York State, same thing here. Worked fine when I went to sleep last night, now I am getting data connection refused. Hope they fix it soon.

I lost service yesterday morning. E-mails started coming back in the afternoon.

I wake up this morning and now I get data connection refused.

Just did a battery pull and not luck.

I am with Cingular in Boynton Beach, FL.

Same issue in Manahattan. Data Connection Refused even after pulling battery and SIM card.

We have no service in Jacksonville FLorida this Thursday morning. All of our units say Data Connection Refused!

Got to be a BIG network problem.
