help!!
i've been trying to get the east asian language pack into my bb but i cant,
so frustrated to see them all in black boxes.
i download the east asian pack thing but it didnt seem to work.
does anyone know how?? help me pleaseee.

You did not detail is how your doing it so read this link and see if it helps.
One thing to try before doing anything else, pull the battery and reload the OS. It may be there already.
