I bought a new BB8310 on Ebay, but when I received it, it had pictures on the phone (Not memorycard) dating from 10/10/2008 till 4/3/2009.

The girl told me the phone is new and that it happened because she charged the phone prior to shipping with the usb cable and it sync the pictures onto the new phone (probably from her other BB).

Is this possible or is she BShitting me?

There is some buttons you can push to get total talk time to show up but I'm not sure what they are. Memory is getting bad. But someone here should know what to hit.

Oh ya....that's not a new device at all...I would try to get somewhat of a refund for paying for a "New Device". You could file a dispute with Paypal.
