Hi I am new to Blackberrys and I have one issue with my new 8900 that I would like more clarification on, regarding the trackball.

Should the trackball feel very very light light to push, it all works correctly but there a bit of vertical play in it in normal use. It does spring up to the top of the holder but with very little force, like the spring taking up the play is not very strong. (what is it that takes up the play in it ?, I assume its a spring but a very light one at that !) The final click push to select thing feels ok and works fine, and has a nice positive action and is nice and firm, its just the really light vertical initial play in the ball before it hits the firm click stroke area. this suprised me. its probably all ok, but was just wondering if this is the normal action ? I just thought it would feel more robust and not so feathery to the touch
