Does Rampage accumulate SMS Charges

Hey everybody....I did a search but was unsuccessful. Can anyone tell me if using Rampage, (which by the way this board was very useful in troubleshooting) is seen as something contained within the Blackberry Data Plan for Cingular. I don't think it would count towards SMS Text Messaging, but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks in advance.
