Hello i have a bb 8900 i wiped it using swiss knife but it failed to load the os then had "reload software" then now it doesnt show anything it only shows red light then nothing any help is welcome

Is the OS for your 8900 model?
does the PC recognize the BB?
are you sure the BB was/is fully charged?
