How can I remove the blackberry disclaimer that those who receive emails from me see? It says "sent from my blackberry from AT&T" on every message I send!

Login to your carriers website, AT&T and go to configure your email. You will see and option to edit the signature lne, either change it or delete it.

when i tried setting mine up, i enter the PIN and IMEI information then it says my device doesn't support HTML and other stuff, any way to change that?

yea, do i not need to do that. i even went to cingular.com/blackberrystart and got the same message. do i need to download BIS2.4 to my phone for it to work??

You don't download BIS 2.4, it is just there.
