Hi all. Looking for a bit of advice on 5.0.0.977 vs 6.0.0.461, I'm new to all this so bear with me. I have a 9105 which I sent back because the screen was lifting, they gave me a new unit but it now has 6.0.0.461 and I was using 5.0.0.977, now while the new version has more options I kinda prefer the older version. What bugs me is when your on the menu you can scroll off the main menu to favourites or frequent etc and you dont have instant access to the menu when you press the the blackberry key you have to 'open tray' so i'm wondering is there an in between OS that has the old style menus etc but has for example better picture taking options etc than the 6.0.0.461, thanks.
Hello again, just been doing a bit of reading and I think that OS 6.1 may have better setup regarding the main menu etc, does anyone know when 6.1 is due out?
