Default new to BB need help

Please Login to Remove!

I dropped and broke my screen.how do I move all my calendar,contacts and pictures to new BB. Same 9500 model.

Moved to the 9500 section.

If you have a back up or if you sync to Outlook, then you can restore from the backup or sync to Outlook.

If the answer is no tot he above, you can try to connect to DM and make a backup. If it won't connect, then you are probably out of luck.

Sorry about your loss my friend.. BB world is all about backup and restore so make this part of your lifestyle to backup your BB once in a while. I do weekly because I have lots of changes.

Use the Desktop manager 'Switch Device' option (you will find it in the menus). That will copy your old information from the old device onto the new one. Use Desktop manager to activate your blackberry account (if you use it with a company email system using Blackberry Enterprise Server) and don't forget to go into the 'Email set up' in the 'Set Up' option to re-establish your link to any internet email accounts like Yahoo as otherwise it won't recognise the new device.
