Red face COGNOS deployment

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

Just to clarify i have Wireless Software deployment working on BES 5.0 Yipeee!!!! I have deployed Enterprise messenger to all devices in my enviroment. Congrats!! I now have an issue deploying COGNOS to a group of my execs, i have the ZIP file but when i try to publish the app it takes a little of a while (as if to read the zip) then pops out "The request could not be completed" for some reason.....

I have tried googling to check with no joy, can anyone point me to check why the ZIP files doesnt want to publish?

Thanks

What's the exact error message?

How big is the zip, and does it only contain the necessary .alx and .cod files for the BlackBerry application?

Have you verified with the application developer that their app is compatible with BES 5 for Software Deployment?

I am having the same issue, has anyone figured this out yet. I get the same error when trying to load them into the BES. It is BES 5.0.
