•Click Clean Sync Services Files to clean out the SyncServices folder
•Click Clean PocketMac Files to clean out all the synchronization history files and return the computer to the First Sync condition.
7. Connect you phone to the mac
8. Check under Hardware>USB if the phone is detected as BlackBerry Device or RIM Composite Device
10. If not Delete the following files:
---BlackBerryUSB.kext
---BlackBerryUSBDev.kext
- Restart the computer
- Install the Updated Drivers for PocketMac
- Restart the computer
11. Connect phone first and open pocketmac
12. Verify if the pocketmac is detected by clicking on the BlackBerry icon and select Status
- Beside the word "Device", verify if you are able to see "BlackBerry" and followed by your PIN number of your device
13. If you have a password set for you phone, click on Connection and enter the password. Close and reopen pocketmac again
14. Do not configure anything yet, just click on the sync button.
