I recently received a blackberry HS-300 Bluetooth headset as a gift. I open up the box, and to my surprise, NO earhook! Whom do I call at Blackberry or how do I go about getting this resolved?

It is quite frustrating as I've now wasted an hour of my time (worth about the cost of the stupid headset) researching blackberry's asinine website, trying to find out how to call someone to inquire.

Any suggestions?

You should go to the place where it was purchased or to the person who gave it to you. Are you sure it requires an earhook? Many of the new ones do not. And since you didn't name the device, we can't really help.

I did name the device. It is the Blackberry HS-300 Bluetooth headset. I'm just wondering if anyone knows a number I can call to find out about the earhook. I thought I would ask here, because you're all Blackberry Geeks, Enthusiasts and Users.

The box says it includes one and it doesn't have it. The original purchase receipt is dated more than 30 days back, that's why I need to go through Blackberry. But if you enthusiasts don't know the number, and can't help me, then I suppose its a lost cause.

I never thought that this page was affiliated in any way with Blackberry. Hence, my use of the term "Blackberry's website", not YOUR website.

Sorry. Didn't see the name of the headset. I would still try to go tot he place where you bought it and try to talk yourself into a new one.
