I'm new in BES. I want to ask about IT Policy error. What causes the error of the IT Policy.??

the other question is..

Yesterday, I got an error in Migration users from an old BES to a New BES .
30 of 170 users can be migrated, but the rest still can't be migrated.

I use Transporter to migrate the users.

There are another way to migrate the users that have IT Policy Error without "Ignore" ?

From which version are you migrating?
