Default unlocking at&t 8310

I know that I can get this unlocked at horizon wireless, but would I have to do anything else to the phone?

It's originally for AT&T, but I'd want it for T-Mobile. If I did happen to unlock it, what else would I have to do to make it work like a normal T-Mobile phone. Also, would I be able to use wifi normally?

No, the 8310 does not have WiFi. Unlocking only allows the device to be used on other carrier's networks. Nothing more.

Correct, you will be able to use it the same way you would on AT&T.

Just purchase a code, they will supply you with the unlock code and the instructions needed to unlock the device.

You will need to purchase an unlock code if you can't get one from the carrier.

Try Horizon Wireless.

T-Mobile can't unlock a BlackBerry 8310, they do not have codes for other carriers phones. You can try to call AT&T, but no telling if they will unlock it if you are not an AT&T customer.

Find someone you know who has AT&T acct in good standing to call and have it unlocked for you. Takes 5 minutes and doesn't cost anything.
