I upgraded to BBM 5.0, my sw is v4.6.0.125 and I lost the BBM icon... Anyone knows how to recover it?

Nope but that Os is VERY outdated.

possibly.
I know it works on 4.5 and above, but updating the OS couldn't hurt and may it work.
not to mention improve the memory, battery life etc.

Check in your applications list if BBM 5.0 is installed.
if not, then obviously, it's gone!

as MD said..update your software. .125 is really really outdated.
