Email delivery's a plus. I switched years ago to BB for device convergence. I was mostly tired of having separate information in Outlook's contacts and in my cell phone's phone book. This was way back when very few phones would sync with Outlook.
Now, also having a camera, GPS and music in the BB are additional bonuses.
I do actually use the personal BB for email quite a bit now. I'm on a very active email list and use interstitial time (riding in the elevator, waiting in line etc) to keep up. Otherwise I'd be spending a lot of dedicated time at a PC rather than doing other things.
That's not to mention the usefulness of the PIM features and various 3rd party apps. Push email may be the BB's killer app but it's not the only thing that the BB is capable of by a long shot.
Plenty of people even use the BB without even a data plan...
