i tried to tether my 8320 on my labtop thats using vista and i cannot get it to work i did everything i was told to do on the faq but it fails on the test connection i tried using my mobile number as a user name for the dial up but still got nothing i also have a unlimited internet usage plan did tethering get blocked?

Some carriers make you add a tethering plan on top of the data plan. I am not sure if this is how Tmo works or not. I am sure someone will verify this.

There have been some old posts on something you have to do in Vista. Can't remember what it was, but it's something like make sure you're in a certain mode or turn certain rights on, etc. I don't use Vista so I never really paid attention.
