I just wanted to say that the FAQ on this forum for setting up the BlackBerry as a Modem for the Laptop (Tethering) is absolutely awesome!

I just set it up today and it worked the first time through with no problems at all! Very thorough instructions with support for multiple service providers.

Yes, it is awesome! I set up my mobile computer tether to my BB quite a while ago (2 years?) and it has worked rather well all over the USA. I LOVE it! In some areas, it works slowly due to less-than-perfect wireless signal, but overall, it's saved me many hundreds of dollars by avoiding the horrendous fees some hotels charge for WiFi access. No, it sure ain't WiFi, but it'll do versus not having 'net access at all!

BRAVO and praises to those who contribute such extremely valuable advice on BB Forums!
