Doesn't have the annoying bug of .217 where the wallpaper dafaults back to the theme one after a reboot. Haven't checked on the media player volume bug yet.

If you mean the volume automatically going back to default after each song change with a headset on then I already made mention above that it's still there.

I noticed it but never bothered installing. Thought it was just the Apps Store or something. Might give it a go and see what it is.

If I'm not mistaken the Apps Centre and Visual Voice Mail features require that your carrier supports that functionality. Since OS .219 isn't officially supported/endorsed by any carriers I doubt they will work.

Just installed Apps Center.... don't notice anything new installed or any new settings.

Probably has to do with what Mode said about not being supported by carrier.

There's also the option to Enable/Disable your APN settings. Not sure what this would be used for, since you need your APN settings for internet access...
