Our users started to experience problems with Websense blocking navigation to pages returned by Yahoo or Google. This was first brought to my attention right after upgrading to BES 4.1.5.

The error message is:

Your organization's Internet use policy restricts access to theis web page at this time.
Reason:
The Websense category "Proxy Avoidance" is filtered.

If I go to the BES, I can access pages returned by the search and if I type in the URL, I can go to the page as well. Also, not everyone is having the same problems - I can access pages returned by Google, but other users cannot. I also tried going to the mobile search page of Yahoo on the BES. I can access the results just fine.

Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?

I have heard of this before. I think you need increase the size of packet header at the websence firewall. The MDS-CS service can pass a lot of junk and I think the websence firewall/proxy will trucate it and that causes the mds-cs service fail to load/render the web site for the deivce.
