I just started having my Gmail come into the BB through the BIS and I noticed that when I am sending emails, they are some how sent to me as new messages and come through not only on my BB but in my Gmail account as well, any idea how to fix this one?

Just log into your BIS account and go to the filter setup for your Gmail account. Select the 'From' option, and put in your Gmail address, then say do not deliver to handset when it meets that condition.
