An issue has been identified BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.1 Bundle 72 and the software file has been removed from the BlackBerry web site. RIM recommends that customers do not install this software bundle. This software bundle has been replaced with BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.1 Bundle 70.
If you have not installed BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.1 Bundle 72 please delete the file and visit https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/ to obtain BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.1 Bundle 70.

So apparently I guess if you haven't already upgraded, BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.1 Bundle 70 which can now be downloaded fixes the contact issue correct?
I did not have any apparent issues with contacts either but noticed a lot warnings being generated about the SyncFolder table which is referenced in the KB. After applying the patch the errors are no longer showing te event log.
I see these warnings too. So why they did not post sql script as well as bbupdate? Do you need tsupport contract to call them and request this or is it free?
