Default BIS downloading the same messages every day for every user

Hi all
BIS and Exchage 2007 no ISA
User are using OWA not IMAP or POP3 for connectiong to the mail server
OWA site: email.server.net/owa, tried it with email.server.net

Users a getting old messages tthat they have already received to their blackberry, a couple of times every day. Some messages are even 1 month old.

Users dont have any rules on the acounts, i even tryed it on a new user on na new balckberry and still the same result.
Has anyone had a simular problem?
