I have jst used jajah voip services ..seems pretty good though rates are bit expensive but the good point is that it will not take your minutes....it uses your data...Go to there website and download it and they will give you 15 cents free for trial ...hmmm....for this you can make 6 min cal within canada and 10 min i guess to America.Try this before you put some money into your account...cheers

Nimbuzz, free version does skype lite for free. It is not perfect, but it works for text messages via Skype.
