I have a new Q10 configured with ActiveSync for my Lotus Domino mail account, everything works well except that the device password expires every other day. Any advice to solve this issue?

So you are talking about the email password and not the device password?

If the email password, are you sure the password has expired? Does the message you get say something to the effect that the password MAY have expired?

Try entering the the same password and see if you can reconnect. I have this issue with my yahoo and yahoo hosted email. I don't know of a solution.

If the password really is expiring, I don't know, but would suspect a setting on the email service side, not the device. See what others say.

Unless you have a password expiration enforced by a policy on the device, you are not seeing device password expiration.

Is this your device, acquired brand new? Or is it a device issued to you?

This is a brand new device.

I really don't think it's the device password. It must be the email account password.

Go back and read my first response. See if the password has really expired, or if you simply able to retaliate the email setup by entering the same password and saving.
