I am looking for a Live Simulator...I know the previous tools takes screen shots but is there something of a Live Simulator while the BB is plugged into the laptop?.to be used for presentations?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

I know there is something out there, but the name escapes me right now.

If you have a test/dummy email account, you can also connect the simulator device to the BES so that it's a 'live' device. Just can't make phone calls.

I saw one on trial from idokorro or the new name, Rove mobile and being sold by Handango. I will test out in the AM since I dont have a cable for the 8900 at home.

I am looking to do presentations with it..basically have my device connected to the laptop and a projector and use the laptop to show it -- live from my device versus configuring the simulator from RIM.

Have you used the Idokorro tool before?

I have other tools that takes screen shots of it but not exactly the kind I can use right now.

If you do remember it, I would appreciate it if you can email me, [email address].

Thank you, i did search and didnt see it, which is when I pose the questions Idokorro was sold to Rove.

I saw that one online and tested it but it doesnt work with the 8900 and has been discontinued. Although, my best bet is to go with the BB Simulator and just add the apps and customize as best as I can.

Thanks for your input.

A search of this sub forum for "rove mobile viewer" produced two threads, this one and the one containing a link to a copy of the software.

It's a friday and I am off all next week so here's the link, Mobile Viewer.
