So I bought a 7100g off ebay a couple months ago (I know, bad idea)...I've had two separate problems that are quite a big deal and was wondering if anybody could give me some insight. 1) nobody can hear me on my phone. not sure if this is a regular blackberry issue, but people are always telling me they can't hear me or it's too muffled. 2) bigger issue...the blackberry seems to get frozen in some sort of Shift function and this won't allow me to use any features or even answer/make calls. I have no idea what's goin on here and am a little nervous that this phone may be a dud. The phone is out of warranty, so i'm thinking of trying to find a BlackBerry repair center. Any ideas as to where i could do this (I live in L.A.) or if anyone has answers to either problems, please let me know...

We service out of warranty Blackberry's. Please call out service centre and ask for Scott he should be able to help you out. You may need to ship your unit to our facility in Toronto Canada but could have it back within 4-5 days including delivery time.
