My local paper today had the bold at wally world for 150 bucks, that is insane. I recently changed to ATT and went with the nokia e71x leaving BB after several years, I wish this had been around a week sooner, I would have a bold right now!

I got mine at AT&T for $99... List was $399 with a $200 instant rebate ... and a rebate sheet for another $100 rebate...

Is there a separate contract with Walmart, along the lines that says what happens if you cancel or close the line early?!

You have a 14-30 day (depending on where you live) period where you can take it back. Return the Nokia and get the Bold.

My source tells me "no"... just the AT&T contract with the same 30 day return provision...
