Default Is the Flip always "holstered" when closed

Please Login to Remove!

My wife just got a BB Flip. I installed quickpull, however when I schedule it to run her phone is closed. Quickpull won't run when the phone is closed. Is there any way to change it so that it dose not think that it is holstered when the phone is closed? Maybe somewhere in the settings?

Thanks
Steve
