Default App world - no cached credentials (error id 40721)

Please Login to Remove!
Just had my phone replaced as it would not charge and was under warrenty. Cant download apps from App World. Get the above error. Also cannot access FB. Says i dont have that service plan. Please can you advise.

Do you have an active BB data plan. Did you add the new IMEI and PIN to your account and resend the service books?
