Default phone wont lock

Please Login to Remove!

I just did the update, I am now not able to lock my phone. When I go to lock the phone it will give me the options to change the the language.

How are you accessing the lock option? the screen icon? keypad shortcut? Do you have it set as one of your customizable "hot keys" on either side of the device?

I am using the shortcut keys.

Try it using the screen icon. Same results?

You're pressing the K key? It works fine for my 8330.

Try pulling the battery and see if that helps.

I just now figured it out i am going to use one of the side buttons to lock. Thanks for all the help.
