Re-occurring Calender Entires

Ok Have a BB 7100 running on BES 4.0 and device software 4.0 . When user moves one of the child entires for a re-occuring calender event it does not move from the BB .In the interm I have wiped the BB and resynced manually the the entires and re-enabled the wireless BB Calender to see if it re-occurs . Does anyone have any ideas
