As stated in title, Only one bar to make phone calls. Very sloow data connection.

You have lousy connectivity.
In your other post a fellow Sprint user made a suggestion.

What can we do to help (no one here is associated with Sprint or with Research In Motion).

Do a battery pull to see if it clears, but if not contact Sprint.

Have you contacted Sprint to see if there is an issue in your area? I know that here on Long Island there have been issues with spotty coverage since the hurricane hit back in September. Never seemed to fuilly recover.

In my work area in Nassau County i vary from no signal to five bars all day, some days worse than others. We had one tower go down that they said was fixed four days later, but it is still iffy.

Home is Suffolk County and that seems to be a bit better, but still up and down.

Glad I don't pay for it......

No it has always been like that called carrier said no problems in my area.

Sometimes it is very difficult working with people who don't communicate. They provide No Help.

In the other "No help" thread, another Sprint user wrote:

"Assuming you have Sprint like your profile states, you could get an Airave from them to boost the signal in your house. You do need to have a wireless network at your house for this to work though."

Sprint AIRAVE <- I used "Google" to find this.

Read the threads. Do some research. Please.

Solved my problem Due to some. "Research" purchased an app called "Signal Refresh" only cost $4.99 I now get 3 bars and my data runs great. Thanks to everyone that helped, even "NJ"
