Default Email deletion - always two steps? Can it be done with one button press or 'hot key'?

Please Login to Remove!

Can I set up a "one button press" email delete?

Or does it always have to be two button presses?

(one to delete, another to say where from)

Thanks in advance!

Do you have Confirm Delete set to No under Messages/Options?

^^ What she said, and remember, there is not BIS webmail. There is no BIS "deleted" folder. Once deleted, they are hard-deleted.

Yes I do... (thanks)

....but I am still asked and have to select from below

On Mailbox & Handheld?
On handheld?
Cancel

So that is still two button actions..

I want just one!

I want to get the show on the road!

Is it possible?

TIA

OH! That's a broom of a different color.

Click on Messages -> Options -> Email Reconcilation. From there, change the Delete on to either Mailbox & Handheld or just Handheld.

It's probably set to Prompt, hence the question.

You must do that on ALL email message accounts you have configured on your BB.

Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > highlight each address and DO NOT select Prompt.
