the curve I use allows for 10 outside pop email accounts to be set-up on unit. If I set up my yahoo account - Will my personal e-mails be viewable by network administrators?

I'm assuming this device is also on a corporate BES.
If so, your incoming personal email will not be readable by your IT department.
Depending on how your corporate BES is configured, any mail you send FROM the device might be forced to use your corporate email account, and thus would be readable by your email/network administrators.

Depends on how your BES is configured. They might force all browsing traffic to go through your corporate network. If that's the case then your web browsing activity can be logged.

No, messages sent/received using the GMail app cannot be audited by your administrators.
They can prevent the installation of the app on the device if they want.
