I am trying to view online PDFs in the blackberry browser, on my Bold 9000, They open ok but they are in the "view text" mode. I would like to change this to the "view pages" mode, just like I can do if I open a pdf as an email attachment.

When I hit the BB button I just get the options for the browser, and when I click the trackball I get no menu.
