I just switched to the Storm 2 from 8830 and I'm encountering 2 problems: First, The phone ringer and calendar alerts don't always sound. I've reset the alerts in the Sound app, but it doesn't seem to stick for very long.

Second, when I call for voice messages at home (or try to join a conference call), once I'm connected I can't get the dial pad to re-appear so I can enter passcodes.

Does anyone have solutions to these problems? Thanks
