My BB Curve 8320 from Bharti airtel Limited is running on v4.5.0.42(Platform 2.7.0.60) and I an seeking to upgrade. Can I upgrade to v5 0r v6? If not, which software version is available to me for upgrade. I need something fresh.

There's no OS 5 or OS 6 for that model number.

Just a note that this version might not be much different from what you have. If you "need something fresh", you probably will need to update to a newer device.
