What's the the setting "turn on Push WAP" and "allow Push WAP application" in the Push Browser control panel?
What's happens if I tutn off this two settings?

A push service is a subscription you can sign up for and it will send it to the BlackBerry

eg, Weather

By turning this off you will not be able to get push services to the BlackBerry
