I notice that "Reconcile Now" does not reconcile BCC messages after i file them using GroupWise.

On my device, the "Hide Filed Messages" is set to "Yes". I've already tried toggling this to No and Yes.

Anyone else seeing this? Is this normal?

What do you mean? Are the "filed" messages actually viewable when you select the folders with "View Folder" on the handheld? Be sure to check if there is a checkmark for these folders when setting your "Folder Redirection" option.

For example, when i receive emails they show up in GroupWise and BlackBerry. I then file them away in GroupWise. After a few minutes, the message disappears from the BlackBerry. I'm expecting this because i have the "Hide Filed Messages" setting to Yes.

However, when i receive an email where i am the BCC and i try to file them using GroupWise. That message will stay in my BlackBerry list of messages (normal view and Mailbox view).

I dont do filing on the BlackBerry, only reading and composing.

This seems to be another GroupWise thing as i have not noticed this before in Exchange. Can someone else confirm?

Just an update. A BCC message that is filed using GroupWise is now also synced (disappearing) from the device. Nothing has been done on the BES side.
