:x I have my phone locked and know what my code is (a series of 4 letters)..
Somehow, the NUM lock in the top right of the screen will not go off to allow me to enter any of the letter series of the passcode to get into my phone...ONLY the white number buttons work.
I called T-Mobile and they said I had to back everything up and re install - BLAH
I can change it to CAP except when the grey box for my password pops up - then it stays on NUM lock and wont let me enter past the c or 9 key
HELP????
