Help!!! 7230 Problem

I just recieved a 7230 from a friend. It has no SIM card, no cables or chargers. I need to get this thing up in runnnig. I already have a data cable. Where can I get the rest of these things and I do not know if it's locked.

Battery, data cable and wall chargers for such devices can usually be easily found on eBay a SIM if need can be purchased through your carrier, if you already have a SIM contact your carrier to have a BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account. If the device does power up the splash screen will indicate the carrier its from though the 7230 was a TMo device in the US/UK if you pop your SIM in and it states "invalid SIM" its most likely locked.
