Missing msgs, call log

anyone ever had an issue with losing emails/call log on the handheld even though settings are locked to "keep forever". Provider seems to suggest it's the BB, but this is the third device this has happened on. Any suggestions?

Is it your oldest emails that are disappearing? It may be that your device is running low on memory. Check the memory usage under options and then status.
