What happens when you Un-Hide?

What happens when you un-hide the email icon?

Are all the messages still piled up in there? For example, if I get 100 emails a week, but I have the @<hidden> icon hidden and I handle everything from the regular "messages" icon, what happens when I un-hide the @<hidden>?

Are all the emails from the past days,weeks,months, or whatever duration it has been built up in there?

I know if you delete the message, it would delete it from the email icon anyways. But what if you leave a bunch of saved messages in there? Are they saved on the other one as well?

As far as I know yes, if you save the message while viewing it under "Messages", it will be saved as well under "*.vzw.blackberry.net" Message box.

All hiding does is hide the icon. It does not remove or alter an application in any way.

Takeshi is 100% correct - hiding an icon does not change the functionality at all.
