no message services configured

My 7310c on BIS was working fine. Then tonight when attempting to compose an email, a message appears saying: no message services configured, you will only be able to save to draft.

You need to log in to your BIS account, and click the "send service book" button in there. If that does not correct the issue, contact your service provider as you may be having issues with there network.

Thanks for your response, I had already resent the service books from my BIS account fully expecting that to fix it as it had in the past.

So when that did not work, I called Cingular and they said that they were having problems with the system and the service books could not be sent until they had it up and running again. They suggested I try again it two hours. I did, and it now works perfectly!
