Hello.
Here is the scenario
You call someone that you don't have loaded on your address book and their phone system asks you to either dial by last name or dial "0" for assistance. Let's say, some companies don't have front desk help.
How would you dial by name with a qwerty keypad?
I am having a hard time guessing where the letters that make up some-one's last name fall on the keypad of one letter per key 8700c
not sure if there is an answer. May be the answer is to memorize the traditional keypad of 3 letters per number.
