Just upped to 4.0, how to get rid of "Enterprise Activiation"

Hi all,

I just upgraded software to 4.0.

I like it before when "Messages" was my first application on my screen. No matter where I was, I could flip the scroll wheel all the way, and get my messages.

Now my first application is something called "Enterprise Activiation." I'm not using this with a company email. Is there any way to get rid of that Icon?

Or can you change the order of the icons somehow?
