Used in 100% working order. As such, there willbe scuffs and scratches from previous use. I have provided a picture of the dimensions of the inner pot in case you feel the need to replace it since it is heavily used and no longer has its non-stick coating on it. The unit works as it should, and we tested it to keep food warm for a few hours when we had a big family event, since it is not just for rice. This makes more sense to use in a commercial kitchen or a food truck, so we have no real need to keep it around. We do not have the exact model number because the tag is worn, but it is at least the 22 cup version.
The unit is well used and it shows, but it still has so much life left in it, so if you need one for a good deal to get the job done, but do not want to spend over $300 new, than this will work.
